上海申凯与川发轨交将合资 负责都江堰有轨电车运营

近日，上海申凯公共交通运营管理有限公司（“申凯公司”）与四川发展轨道交通投资有限公司（“川发轨交”）就成立“四川发展申凯公共交通运营管理有限公司”（“合资公司”）完成合资合同的签署。

Shanghai Keolis Public Transport Operation Management Co., LTD. ("Shanghai Keolis") and Sichuan Development Rail Transit Investment Co.,LTD. (" Sichuan Rail Transit ") have completed the signing of thejoint venture contract for the establishment of "Sichuan Development ShanghaiKeolis Public Transport Operation Management Co., LTD." (" JointVenture company ").

川发轨交是四川发展控股集团（川发展集团）的全资子公司，注册资本15亿元，其业务范围为基础设施、轨道交通、智慧城市、铁路等项目的投资与管理。川发展集团注册资金800亿元，总资产超过13000亿元，是四川省龙头国企投资平台。

Sichuan Rail Transit is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SichuanDevelopment Holding Group (" Sichuan Development Group "), with aregistered capital of 1.5 billion YUAN, and its business scope covers theinvestment and management of infrastructure, rail transit, smart city, railwayand other projects. With registered capital of 80 billion yuan and total assets of morethan 1.3 trillion yuan, Sichuan Development Group is the leading investmentplatform as a state-owned enterprise in Sichuan Province.

合资公司注册资本金5000万元，申凯公司持股51%，川发轨交持股49%。其主营业务是公共交通(包括但不限于轨道交通)的运营、维护及相关咨询与培训服务。合资公司争取运营的第一个项目是全长约20公里的都江堰MTR客运专线(有轨电车)，首通段预计今年十一月投入运营。

The registered capital of the joint venture company is 50 million yuan,with Shanghai Keolis holding 51% and Sichuan Rail Transit holding 49%. Its main business is the operation and maintenance of publictransportation (including but not limited to rail transit) and relatedconsulting and training services. The first project the joint venture will try to operate is the DujiangyanMTR passenger line (tram) with a total length of about 20 km. The first sectionis expected to be put into operation in November this year.

合资公司是申凯公司与川发轨交在四川省的唯一公共交通运营业务平台。申凯公司的目标是结合双方各自优势资源，利用该平台与川发轨交共同开发四川乃至西南地区的多模式综合公共交通运营市场。

The joint venture is the only public transport operation platform inSichuan province between Shanghai Keolis and Sichuan Rail Transit. The goal of Shanghai Keolis is to use the platform to jointly developthe multi-mode comprehensive public transport operation market in Sichuan andeven the southwest region by combining the respective superior resources of both parties.
